March News The American Psychiatric Association has proposed big changes in the diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders. It wants to eliminate the diagnoses of Asperger's Syndrome and Pervasive Developmental Disorder. All spectrum conditions would be labeled as "Autistic Disorder."
